Six Months!

I know I say it every month, but I cannot believe how big our little girl is getting. Six months, how did that happen!?!  Elena is doing so well!  She is a pro at sitting up now, and she is enjoying her solids- the yams anyway- she is not a fan of the avocados.  She is starting to reach out and study things that are near her and is trying her hardest to pull herself up into a sitting position.  Each day she seems to develop a little more of her personality and is smiling and giggling a lot more.  Bedtime is so fun as she likes to talk herself to sleep and she lays on her side now.  We are doing our best to enjoy each and everyday with her, because the time goes so fast!  At her six month appointment, the doctor was very impressed with how she sits up and is not concerned that she still has not rolled over on to her tummy from her back.  She now weighs 15 pounds and 9 ounces (39th percentile),and is 26 and 3/4" long (75th percentile).  Here are some new photos!

What a weekend!

We celebrated a lot of firsts over the weekend!  Elena's first walk out in the beautiful weather, her first basketball game, first real food and her cousin's first birthday!  Here are some fun photos from the weekend!
